1. Cancellations & Rescheduling:

  • Customers are entitled to a full refund of the "Deposit" (if any) if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • For cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance, a service fee may be deducted, or the deposit may be kept as credit for a future booking.

2. Once Work Commences:

Once the service has started (e.g., film cutting or paint application), no refunds will be issued. This is because materials and labor are specifically allocated to your vehicle and cannot be reused.

3. Quality Assurance:

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the installation quality, please notify us before leaving our facility. We will rectify any technical issues free of charge according to our warranty terms.

  • Partial refunds are only considered in rare cases where a manufacturing defect in the material is proven and cannot be fixed, subject to inspection by our technical manager.
